13. Certain Acts not to apply to registered Trade Unions.

13(a) the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860);

13(b) the Co-operative Societies Act, 1912 (2 of 1912);

13(c) the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002);

13(d) the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013); and

13(e) any other corresponding law relating to co-operative societies for the time being in force in any State, shall not apply to any registered Trade Union and the registration of any such Trade Union under any of the aforementioned Acts shall be void.
