Section 30 — Preparation of draft standing orders by employer and procedure for certification.
30(6)
The standing orders shall be certifiable under this Code, if—
30(6)(a) provision is made therein for every matter set out in the First Schedule which is applicable to the industrial establishment; and
30(6)(b) such orders are otherwise in conformity with the provisions of this Code.
