22(x)
"family", when used in relation to a worker, means—
2(x)(i) spouse;
2(x)(ii) children including adopted children of the worker who are dependent upon him and have not completed the age of eighteen years; and
2(x)(iii) parents, grand-parents, widowed daughter and widowed sister dependent upon such worker.
Explanation 1 For the purposes of this clause, such dependents shall not be included who are, for the time being, getting such income from such sources, as may be prescribed by the appropriate Government;
