Section 6 — Fixation of minimum wages.

The minimum rate of wages on time work basis may be fixed in accordance with any one or more of the following wage periods, namely:—
6(4)(i) by the hour; or
6(4)(ii) by the day; or
6(4)(iii) by the month.
