Rule 16 — Serving of order and text of standing orders.

16(1)

The order of the appellate authority shall be served electronically or otherwise within three days of the disposal of appeal to the employer or Trade Union or the negotiating union or negotiating council or any union or representative body of the workers, as the case may be, by whom the appeal has been filed.
