Rule 18 — Application for modification of standing orders.

The application specified in sub-rule (1) shall contain the particulars of such standing orders which are proposed to be modified along with a tabular statement containing details of each of the relevant provisions of standing order in force and proposed modifications therein, reasons thereof and the details of registered Trade Unions operating therein.
