Rule 12 — Technical Committees or Advisory Committees.

12(1)

The Central Government may constitute one or more Technical Committees or Advisory Committees for the purpose of assisting the National Board in discharge of its functions specified in sub section (1) of section 16 of the Code, for such period as in the order constituting Technical Committees or Advisory Committees.
