Chapter XI — PART I
Rule 128. Qualifications, experience etc. of instructor.
(1) MINES No person shall be appointed as instructor unless such person-
128(1)(i) is a rescue trained person; (ii) has 3 years practical experience of below ground work in mines; and (iii) holds a Manager’s certificate of a type not restricted to open cast workings.
