Rule 13 — Collection of statistics and portal for inter-State migrant workers.

13(1)

The employer shall furnish to the Central Government, the detail statistics of inter-State migrant workers and of their occupational safety and health, electronically on web portal designated for the purpose by the Central Government as may be specified through general or special order by the Central Government issued from time to time.
