Rule 130 — Qualifications, experience etc. of rescue room in-charge.
130(1)
MINES No person shall be appointed as rescue room in-charge unless such person-
130(1)(i) is a rescue trained person; (ii) has three years practical experience of below ground work in mines ; and (iii) holds a Manager’s or Mining Supervisor’s Certificate of a type not restricted to open cast workings.
