Rule 132 — Duties and responsibilities of Superintendent.

The Superintendent shall ensure that all the rescue equipment and apparatus kept at the rescue station, rescue rooms and at the entrance of the below ground mine under their control are-
132(2)(i) maintained in proper working order; (ii) inspected by instructors at specified intervals; and (iii) tested and adjustments are made accordingly.
