Rule 142 — Medical examination etc. of rescue trained person.

142(1)

MINES Every rescue trained person shall be re-examined once at least in every twelve months by a qualified medical practitioner as may be designated by the manager in accordance with the standard as specified in FORM IX and in case such person is declared medically unfit, such person shall cease to be a rescue trained person with effect from the date such person has been so declared.
