Rule 160 — Arrangement for refresher training.

160(1)

MINES The refresher training shall be so arranged that the persons shall undergo training during normal working hours on full day release system: Provided that the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator may by general or special order in writing subject to conditions as may be specified may exempt any mine from the provisions the of this rule.
