Every appointment, discharge, dismissal, resignation or termination of service of a Training officer and of the date thereof shall be sent by the owner or agent to the Chief Inspector-cum Facilitator and the Inspector-cum-Facilitator within seven days from the date of such appointment, authorisation, discharge, dismissal, resignation or termination of service as the case may be.
