Rule 178. Onus as to age.

(1) The medical authority referred to in sub-section (2) of section 117 shall be a medical practitioner as referred, who possesses any recognised medical qualification as defined in the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019) and enrolled on a State Medical Register as defined in the National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
