Rule 181 — Procedure of survey and other related matters.

181(1)

The Central Government may direct Directorate General Occupational Safety and Health or Directorate General Mines Safety or any other institution under the control of the Central Government, to appoint a committee to undertake a survey on the situation relating to safety and health at work at any workplace or class of workplaces or into the effect of work activity on the health of the employees within and in the vicinity of the workplace.
