Rule 13 — Form, manner, time limits and fees for filing of appeal.

13(24)(a) A person preferring appeal to a Tribunal under section 23 may either appear in person or take the assistance of a legal practitioner of his choice to present his case before the Tribunal.

13(24)(b) The Central Government or a State Government or any other authority under the Code may authorise one or more legal practitioner or any of its officers and every person so authorised may present the case on its behalf with respect to any appeal before a Tribunal.
