Every appeal filed under sub-rule (2) shall set forth concisely under distinct heads the grounds for such appeal and such grounds shall be numbered consecutively; and the appeal, including any miscellaneous petition shall be filed electronically or typed in double space on both sides on thick paper of good quality.
