Rule 29 — Proceedings before Employees' Insurance Court, etc.

29(5)

The Court to which any matter is transferred under sub-rule (3) or sub-rule (4) shall continue the proceedings, further from the stage it is transferred to it, as if they had been originally instituted in it.
