Rule 45 — Registration of building worker.

45(1)

Every employer or the contractor shall be responsible to register such building workers eligible under this rule who are on their muster roll on the portal of the State Government or the State Building Workers‘ Welfare Board or the designated portal of the Central Government, within 30 days of the worker(s) becoming eligible, and such registration shall be seeded with Aadhaar and the Universal Account Number or any other such unique number generated through the designated portal of the Central Government.
