Rule 46 — Benefits of beneficiary.

46(1)

If any building worker has been a beneficiary for at least three years continuously immediately before attaining the age of sixty years, for the benefit applicable to such worker, the Central Government may formulate such schemes as may be notified by the Central Government under which such worker shall be eligible to get such benefit.
