Rule 5 — Registration of establishments and cancellation thereof.

The authorised officer under the Code shall direct the employer who fails to comply with the requirements of sub-rule (1) to do so within the time stated therein and such employer shall thereupon comply with the instructions issued by that officer in this behalf.
