Rule 5 — Registration of establishments and cancellation thereof.

Any registration obtained by furnishing wrong information shall be liable to cancellation after the establishment has been given an opportunity to show cause within a period of thirty days from the date on which the notice is served on the concerned employer, electronically or otherwise, as to why the certificate of registration should not be cancelled.
