Rule 8 — The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Standing Committee and Medical Benefit Committee.

The Standing Committee shall be responsible for administering the affairs of the Corporation and may exercise any of the powers and perform any of the functions of the Corporation as provided under the rules and regulations made under the Code.
