Rule 14. Authority for approving acts and omissions.

(1) The Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) having jurisdiction over the place of work of the employee concerned shall be the authority for approving acts and omissions for the purposes of sub-section (1) of section 19. G.S.RS. 343(E)
