Rule 15 — Manner of exhibiting notice specifying acts and omissions.

15(1)

A notice referred to in subsection (2) of section 19 shall be displayed in physical form or electronically in Hindi, English and local language at the conspicuous place in the premises of the work place in which the employment is carried on and a copy of the notice shall be sent electronically or by speed post to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction.
