A. Procedure of Central Advisory Board Voting in the Board shall ordinarily be by show of hands, but if any member asks for voting by ballot or if the Chairperson so decides, the voting shall be by secret ballot and held in the manner as the Chairperson may decide. G.S.RS. 343(E)
