Rule 51 — Form of register, etc.

51(2)

All fines and all realisations referred to in sub-section (8) of section 19 shall be recorded in a register to be kept by the employer electronically or in physical form in Form - IV and the authority referred to in sub-section (8) shall be the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) having jurisdiction.
