Code on Social Security, 2020
means the Industrial Tribunal constituted by the appropriate Government under section 7A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
Code on Wages, 2019
shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (r) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
Industrial Relations Code, 2020
means an Industrial Tribunal constituted under section 44
