The employer shall within thirty days of the closing of the establishment other than mines, intimate to the Registering Officer and also to Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction in the area where the establishment is situated intimating the actual date of closing of establishment in FORM-II along with certificate of payment of all dues and statutory returns to the workers employed in such establishments and such information shall be auto-shared to Employees' Provident Fund Organisation and Employees' State Insurance Corporation.
