On receipt of FORM-II complete in all respects, the registering officer shall cancel the certificate of registration and issue cancellation of certificate of registration in FORM-IV electronically within sixty days from the receipt of FORM-II . If registering officer fails to cancel the registration certificate of the establishment within sixty days then the cancellation of registration certificate shall be auto generated in FORM-IV .
